Project Title: Construct Honor Guard Facility Project Location: Tyndall AFB, Florida A. NAICS 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction B. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. See section J for applicable attachments. C. This acquisition has been designated for procurement as a SDVOSB set-aside. D. The project magnitude for this requirement is IAW FAR 36.204(f) between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.. E. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. F. The construction wage requirements statute (DAVIS-Bacon) FL20240105 applies to this project. G. The Period of Performance is 270 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) for design and 365 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) to construct. H. A site visit will be conducted with the end user, contractor, CE and CONS as described in Attachment 27 Section L. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
