Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Working plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
As of May 21, 2024, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for rebid. This project includes pavement milling a portion of the Runway 6-24 Centerline, approximately four feet (4') wide to an approximate depth of two inches (2") and inlaying approximately two inches (2") of bituminous concrete pavement. Additional work also includes grooving the inlayed pavement and remarking the entire runway.
