Remove shingles, flashing, underlayment, & other any other failed materials from existing 5,500sf asphalt roof structure & replace with new standing seam metal roof on main building of the Land Bank Maintenance Facility. Contractor to obtain all permits, meet, or exceed local building codes & inspections, furnish labor, material, & all equipment necessary to perform services in accordance with all standard industry practices & properly dispose of all accumulated debris. Pipe staging with trash chutes, stairways & material lifts to be supplied by contractor. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
