Project to include demolition of 5 existing bathhouses, and construction of 5 new bathhouses within the area of the existing facility. New bathhouses are approximately 770 square feet each with site upgrades, new septic systems, pump house modifications to water supply, and a proposed dump station. Contractor to provide and maintain SWPP plan throughout construction. Limited or no internet access at sites. The Project will include the Disciplines of: Site Construction, Septic System, Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood, and Plastics, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Doors and Windows, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical. Unskilled labor may be hired from lists prepared by the NH Department of Employment Security designated in document 00120.
