The Base Bid includes new animal shelter building for Laramie Peak Humane Society. The project will include the demolition of the existing animal shelter, construction of a new building, approximately 10,000 square feet, and the construction of the new exterior dog run areas. Questions received within five days prior to the date for opening of Bids or as stated in the Pre-bid meeting will not be answered
