Site work for a water / sewer project in Slidell, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. An executed affidavit and attestation form must be submitted prior to bid award. The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractors license in Louisiana Municipal and Public Works Construction. All required Certificates of Liability Insurance shall list the City of Slidell as additionally insured. The city encourages participation by Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms. Deposits are refundable to prime bidders and will be 50% refundable to all others with return of complete and unmarked documents no later than 10 days after receipt of Bids. The City of Slidell reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Questions received less than five days prior to the date of opening of Bids will not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing
