Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Magdalen Islands, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 12-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Residential project comprising of two buildings of 12 housing units each in the area of the Cap-aux-Meules eco-district, more precisely on part of lot number 6 570 583. The planned buildings includes 8 housing units of 3 1/2 rooms (1 bedroom) and 4 units of 4 1/2 rooms (2 bedrooms) each. These buildings must be designed in anticipation of adaptations or possible additions of spaces that could justify the evolving needs of the organization, the project in the eco-district and the clientele served. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for engineering services to complete design and monitor construction work is closed. Reference number: 1832221.
