The City of Dubuque Iowa, Transportation Services Department invites qualified bidders to submit bids for Light Landscaping consisting of trimming of woody ornamentals, cleanup of ornamental grasses and tree trimming, performed in an effort to generate new growth and seasonal weed control which includes spraying, removal of dead material and final fall cleanup of all locations consisting of cutting and removal of dead material and related services. Bidding is based on total cost per location provided on the Bid Proposal Form from a time beginning in Mid-April 2024 thru the end of October for each year of the approved 3 year contract. This contract will consist of a 3 year term beginning in April of 2024 and concluding in October of 2027. Bidders must bid on any or all Service Area for all Service Types.
