This work also includes installing signal equipment such as hand holes, traffic signal cabinets, wiring, push buttons, signal heads and other equipment indicated on plans provided in Appendix B, C, and D. The work specified below describes the installation of necessary material and equipment to complete traffic signal installations and/or electrical systems. All materials and labor shall be included in the base bid cost except for City furnished materials listed below. Incidental work includes performing traffic control, locates, and other associated work.
