Dispose of legally off site. Re-build and expand the deck per the attached plans. Notice of Award (tentative) 5/9/2024 Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5% - Performance Bond 100% - Payment Bond 100% Each bid shall be accompanied, by a certified check drawn on a bank which is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance corporation or a bidder's bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Colorado, made payable to the City of Greeley, Colorado. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening on the bids without the consent of the City of Greeley, Colorado, for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of the receiving the bids. The City of Greeley retains the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality as deemed in the best interest of the city.
