Demolition and site work for a civil project in Bells, Texas. Working plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 28,2024, project was not awarded however this will rebid but no definite date yet. Demolition work includes removal of tank structures, demolition of foundation supports and all other related appurtenances, backfilling of areas excavated for demolition and all other appurtenant work indicated in the contract documents and indicated in the plans (Attachment A). All demolished material shall be disposed off-site. All disturbed work areas shall be regraded and restored to match surrounding grade. The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting sealed bids for the demolition and disposal services related to the removal and legal disposal of an existing large profile hydropneumatics tank. Question Deadline 04/15/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Online Portal NTMWD reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids submitted and to waive any technicalities in the best interest of NTMWD.
