Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Moscow, Idaho. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.
Project scope includes demolition of an existing 4-plex apartment building located at 806 6th Street, Lewiston, Idaho. The building consists of a basement and ground floor levels. The work will include removal and proper disposal of the building in its entirety, and filling the basement hole with rock and gravel, to be compacted to finish grade level. Utility lines will be disconnected and capped by LC State. LC State has already conducted a hazardous materials survey, and known hazardous materials will be abated/remediated, and clearance air sampling conducted prior to the commencement of the demolition work. Hazardous materials reports and clearance reports will be provided to the contractor. The work shall comply with all applicable state and federal requirements. 4-Plex Apartment Building The project can be summarized as removal and proper disposal of an existing 4-plex apartment building located at 806 6th Street - Lewiston - Idaho - in its entirety - and filling the basement hole with rock and gravel - to be compacted to finish grade level.
