Est. Completion Date: Oct. 4, 2024 The Base Bid of the project will consist of approximately 1600 square feet of covered stage area and 353 square feet of toilet room area, for a total of 1953 square feet. The covered stage area portion of the building will be constructed with a poured concrete foundation, a structural steel frame with a wood framed roof. The stage area will be constructed of concrete and concrete masonry units. The toilet room portion of the building with a poured concrete foundation, wood framed walls and a wood framed roof. Project items include poured concrete, splitface CMU, wood studs, prefabricated wood trusses, wood sheathing, insulated sheathing, composite siding, composite trim, wood car siding, metal panels, water resistant barrier, asphalt singles, batt insulation, blown in insulation, rigid insulation, painted steel handrails/guard rails, hollow metal doors and frames, PVC liner panels, gypsum board, painting, staining, and toilet room accessories. Site work will include building excavation, backfilling, grading and gravel service drive to building. The work will include general construction, heating, ventilating, plumbing and electrical work. The HVAC, plumbing & electrical work will be under the General Contractors Base Bid. HVAC & Electrical work are to be provided as a design build delivery under the Project Stipulated Sum basis.
