The proposed work shall be for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for the construction of the following: Description of W Description of Work: This project consists of approximately 4.5 acres of clearing, grubbing, and grading. Improvements include paving of approximately 1,425 linear feet of an existing gravel and proposed roadway; the construction of 2.0 acres of asphalt surfacing; catch basin and storm drain piping installations; and the construction of a detention pond and swales, as shown on the Plans and specified herein. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective bidder who has not obtained contract documents through pcfd1.org. The State of Washington prevailing wage rates applicable for this project, which is located in Pacific County. Based on the bid submittal deadline for this project, the applicable effective date for prevailing wages for this project is March 2, 2024.
