Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion to 1.50 MGD for Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 134E, including but not limited modifying the existing lift station, an elevated concrete headworks with a manual and mechanical screen, a modular process unit including to aeration basins, two secondary clarifiers and two chlorine contact basins, a flow measurement basin, a multi-stage digester, non-potable water pump station, chemical building with chemical systems, an electrical building, multi-stage centrifugal blowers, regenerative blowers, an electrical building and equipment, a generator, providing and placing suitable fill around the site and under/around structures; site grading, and compaction; site paving; and all other miscellaneous items specified or shown in the contract documents and construction drawings for a complete and operational system. The bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accord with the conditions of the contract. Question Deadline 05/10/2024 at 12:00 PM CT In ample time to permit consideration before reply, submit questions about bidding instruments to the Engineer. The work shall be substantially completed within the contract time in the contractor's bid stated in calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be within 60 calendar days from date of substantial completion. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 calendar days from the date bids are open.
