Painting: 1. Exterior side only, -All Entry DoorsThis includes all exterior common entry doors, community room and common hallways along with each apartment exterior entry door. 2. Door Trim 3. Door Frames 4. Metal Siding 5. Fascia and Soffit will not be painted. MCHA will supply a quality White Exterior Paint for metal. Contractor will have to inform MCHA of the quantity needed. Apartment entry door painting will have to be coordinated with MCHA in order to secure the apartment while the door is open while drying. Power Washing Proposal: (Submit Power Washing as a separate Proposal from Painting). 1. Gabel ends all buildings 2. Soffit 3. Fascia 4. All Siding 5. Exterior side of Storm Door if present. Contractors will be required to submit certified payroll reports before issuance of payment. For larger projects, certified payroll reports may be required on a more frequent basis. All proposals should be accompanied by a current Certificate of Insurance (general liability and workers compensation). Should your company be awarded a contract, MCHA must be listed as an additional insured and an updated Certificate of Insurance must be sent to MCHA. All proposals should be accompanied by a copy of any applicable license(s) pertaining to the Scope of Work. Property Inspection can be requested and an appointment can be made up to 72 hours before Bid closing
