Description The County of Riverside Purchasing Division (Purchasing) on behalf of Riverside County Regional Park and Open Space District (District) is seeking qualified firms to provide On-Call Professional Services for Architectural and Engineering services associated with future public works construction projects. This RFQU is not project specific. The District intend to award to three (3) or more Bidders. However, it will allow the District to quickly send quote requests to the Parks On-Call List on an on Call or as needed basis through June 30, 2025. A five percent (5%) price preference shall be applied to the total bid price during evaluation of the bid response Tentative Date for Awarding Rfqu Approximately 120 Days After the Rfqu Closes. The District Expects to Have a Contractor(S) in Place on or Before 7/1/2024.
