Scope of Services The Bryan Street and Cochran Avenue Sidewalk Improvements project proposes to construct sidewalk and ADA compliant ramps on one side of Bryan Street and Cochran Avenue. Q&A Deadline 04/09/2024 5:00 PM (PDT) Any questions, interpretations, or clarifications, either administrative or technical, about this Bid must be submitted via "Q&A" through the City's Electronic Bidding System Project Duration The Contractor shall complete the work within eighty (80) working days after the commencement date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Estimated Bid Value $1,323,721 Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid must be uploaded prior to the hour and the date stated above. Bid Security in the form of a Cashier's check or Certified check must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager, at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522, prior to the hour and the date stated above. Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% The Purchasing Manager reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
