Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The Work to be done, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to construct the Work and complete the Contract in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director. The Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, HVAC System Removal and Replacement at eleven (11) separate Community Centers across the City of Riverside. The Purchasing Manager reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
