The Work to be done, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to construct the Work and complete the Contract in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director. The Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, Play Equipment installation, Shade Structures installation, and Rubber Surfacing Installation as shown on the Play Lot Plans and all Work described in the specifications. Q&A Deadline 09/04/2024 2:00 PM (PDT) Online Q&A Yes Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid must be uploaded prior to the hour and the date stated above. Bid Security in the form of a Cashier's check or Certified check must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager, at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522, prior to the hour and the date stated above. Bid prices shall be firm for 120 days from date of proposal opening to permit staff evaluation and City Council award. Upon award, prices quoted will be in effect for the term of the contract. The Purchasing Manager reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities.
