The City of New Rochelle (licensor) requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms for the Use and Occupancy of approximately 725 Square Feet of commercial space inside the New Rochelle Railroad Station. The City intends to accept proposals from individuals or firms who intend to utilize the space for a business compatible with the Railroad Station and ITC operation. In general, the License Agreement will be awarded to the proposer who exhibits the highest overall benefit to the City with emphasis on public engagement, activation of the space, references, financial resources, and experience executing similar business plans. The City is open to accepting proposals for all intended uses of this space. All determinations shall be at the sole discretion of the City of New Rochelle. All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail by noon, April 11, 2024, to Kconca@newrochelleny.com. The City will post the answers to the questions received on the City's website no later than 4:30 p.m., April 16, 2024.
