The project consists of replacement of approximately 80 feet of failed storm sewer down a slope, installation of an outlet headwall with baffle, riprap, and slope restoration. Description. This work consists of preparing all lawns and slopes on projects designated for slope restoration on the plans or as directed by the Engineer and applying topsoil, fertilizer, seed, mulch with mulch anchor, mulch blanket, high velocity mulch blanket and permanent turf reinforcement mat to those areas. Turf establishment must be in accordance with section 816 of the Standard Specifications for Construction and Standard Plan R-100 Series, except as modified herein or otherwise directed by the Engineer. This work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment required for the excavation, backfill, and grading required for any pavement replacement, riprap placement, and slope restoration. Description. This work consists of installing an UHMW Polyethylene sheet in the specified manhole for the purpose of scour protection. This work shall be done in accordance with the requirements of Section 403 of the MDOT 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction and shall consist of all labor, equipment and materials required to properly place proposed structure covers on existing or proposed manholes where indicated on the plans. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without the written consent of the OWNER.
