Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.
BC Window Restoration - Various Sites The WORK under this contract shall commence within on or before August 1st, 2024, and must be completed by August 30th, 2024. A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable without condition to Berrien County of Michigan or a satisfactory BID bond executed by the BIDDER and a surety company, in an amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the BID shall be submitted with each BID over $100,000. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price, for all projects over $50,000 The County of Berrien reserves the right to reject any or all BID PROPOSALs, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, to accept proposals other than the low BID, and to otherwise act as deemed to be in their best interest. In addition, the BIDDER recognizes the right of the OWNER to reject an individual BID Question Deadline 06/10/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions will be accepted in writing to Christian Bacchiocchi, PROJECT MANAGER, OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE, Bacchiocchi Construction Services, Inc.
