Site work for a mixed-use development in Avenal, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
General work description: The work to be done includes, but is not limited to, the following: clearing and grubbing, concrete work, water improvements, sewer improvements, electrical installations, landscaping and irrigation, installation of playground amenities, and other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the Construction Documents, Standard Specifications, and the Special Provisions. Inquiries or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening. Any such inquiries or questions submitted after bid opening will not be treated as a bid protest.
