The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh has identified that Caliguiri Plaza needs an upgrade of interior swing door operators and electrified panic hardware, and exterior sliding door package replacement. Location: Caliguiri Plaza 803 E. Warrington Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15210 Furnish & install - Upgrade of Interior Swing Door Operators & Electrified Panic Hardware: 1. Dual header and operators 2. Dual vertical lock rod electrified panic bars (will latch at top and bottom for extra security), power supply for panic hardware, armored door loops for panic hardware power wires. 3. Exterior cylinder trim for key entry in case of emergency. 4. Furnish and install ONE (1) Dual M-Force header in low energy mode to be integrated with hard wire push plates and teardrop system. 5. Furnish and install electrified panic bars and associated hardware for both panels of the swing door. 6. Power supply for panic hardware Armored door loops for panic hardware power wires 1 - Exterior cylinder trim for key entry in case of emergency 7. Inclusions Push plates (Hardwired). Door operator installation. Integration with other systems including electrified exit devices, electric strikes, electro-magnetic locks, card access and fire alarm systems Furnish & install - Exterior Sliding Door Package Replacement: 1. One (1) Bi-Parting Sliding Door Package with Motion / Presence 2. Safety Systems, Emergency Breakaway on Active Door Leafs ONLY, Fixed Sidelites, 5/8" Clear Tempered Safety Glass . Narrow Stile Door Construction, 4" Bottom Rails, 4" Muntins (Recessed Panic Hardware for Extra Security), Solenoid Lock in header (Fail secure) 4. Push plates and mounting boxes for each side of interior for more security. Tie into teardrop system, Square/bevel threshold across entire door package 5. Door package to be dark bronze anodized finish 6. Push plates (Hardwired) 7. Door package installation 8. Glass, Glazing and caulking 1 year warranty.
