Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Grove City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work involves the demolition of various equipment and structures at the Borough's two (2) water treatment plants located in the Borough. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Bank Check or Bid Bond, in the required form as stated in the Project Manual, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid Total, made in favor of "Grove City Borough". No Bid will be considered unless it is so guaranteed. Facsimiles and copies will not be accepted and will provide cause for the Bid to be rejected. The Borough reserves the right, at its option, to waive any informalities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all Bids and to reject any or all Bids. The Borough reserves the right, at its option, to change the contract documents, at any time prior to the bid deadline.
