Due to federal funding requirements, the project includes Environmental Services in compliance with NEPA. All work shall be in accordance with current Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures and shall be subject to scrutiny by their Local Assistance Engineer. The Scope of Services is listed in Section IV and shall be used as a guide to complete the project. It is subject to interpretation and proposers are encouraged to modify or add to the listing in their proposal as deemed necessary to achieve the required compliances. The Scope of Services is not definitive and is intended only as a guide to illustrate the minimum project requirements. The City of San Leandro has a project to repair two hillside erosion slides along Lake Chabot Road. The repair project is federally funded and is therefore required to comply with the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA). The DBE goal for this project is 19%. The City of San Leandro desires to solicit qualified proposals for Environmental Services in support of the Lake Chabot Road Erosion Repairs in accordance with the Scope of Services within this Request for Proposals (RFP).
