Site work for a residential development in Palmer, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a 4,300-square-foot residential development.

You are invited to submit a quote to: provide all labor, supervision, permits, materials to; Prepare subgrade, pour (aerial pump) and finish a 4300SF colored concrete slab "interior located" due to a building corridor restricting access. Note; there are 2 floor drains to be reused. Project location is the Alaska Veterans and Pioneers Homes located at 250 Fireweed Lane, Palmer Alaska. The project completion date is July 15, 2024. . The Project cost estimate is: $50,001-$ 100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Provide all labor, supervision, materials and permits to prepare subgrade, pour (aerial pump) and finish a 4300SF colored concrete slab "interior located" due to a building corridor restricting access. Note; there are 2 floor drains to be reused. This is an exterior courtyard slab with restricted access. Concrete boom for the concrete pumping will be over the top of the enclosed building corridor that is to be barricaded and security personnel to be stationed while pumping activities are being performed to prevent any foot traffic within the corridor while pumping activities are underway. General Notes: o Deliverables. o Project to be completed by July 15, 2024. o Estimated schedule to be submitted within 7 days of NOA/NTP for approval by PM. o Certified Payroll required. o Subgrade prep for full 3-1/2" depth concrete slab o Saw-cut contraction joint layout plan to be submitted within 7 days of NOA/NTP for approval. Saw cut spacing not to exceed 10' spacing each way and minimum one inch deep. o Removal and disposal of all plants, topsoil and incidentals.
