Question Deadline 04/17/2024 at 4:30 PM ET Any questions which a bidder may have shall be brought to the attention of the Architect via email at mbieri@fkarch.com, No inquiry received later than 4:30 p.m. ten (10) business days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids will be given consideration. The scope of work generally includes the complete removal and replacement of the existing fire alarm system throughout Hanover Park High School and the installation of a new system, including all other associated work as shown on the drawings and specified herein, etc. Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00. The Hanover Park Regional Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding process in accordance with the law if it is in the best interest of the Board of Education. The contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Hanover Park Regional Board of Education.
