The Province is seeking a Contractor to act as Independent Engineer (IE) across three separate Project Agreements for the Surrey Langley Skytrain Project: Guideways, Stations; and Systems and Trackwork (Systems). The IE will be required to undertake the following roles: certify the Guideways and Stations Project Co's monthly Statement of Progress through the design, construction and commissioning phases; undertake the role and obligations of the "payment certifier" as defined by the British Columbia Builder's Lien Act, for the Stations and Systems Project Agreements. independently resolve payment disputes for Systems Project Agreement.
