By incorporating these sustainable elements, we aspire to not only reduce our carbon footprint but also set a benchmark for responsible practices within our community The greenhouse is to provide optimal growing conditions for a diverse array of vegetation. Advanced climate control technology, including automated ventilation, humidity regulation, and temperature management systems, will ensure precise environmental control tailored to the specific needs of each plant species. This level of precision will empower us to cultivate high-value vegetation year-round, enhancing plant quality and providing economic resilience for our organization. Scope of Work includes but not limited to: Supply and construct 1- 40’ x 60’ greenhouse that includes the following; 1 set of site specific engineer stamped drawings Double walled polycarbonate roof and walls 8x8 doors on both ends including associated locks/hardware 1 steel man door on both ends including associated locks/hardware Minimum 140kg/m2 snow load rating All mounting brackets, anchors, and associated hardware to secure structure to concrete foundation Supply and installation of ventilation system Supply and installation of web based climate control system Supply and installation of electric heat system Supply and installation of high pressure fogging system Optional supply and installation of rainwater collection system Optional accommodation for hanging baskets Supply of all associated hardware for all systems Testing and commissioning of all systems to validate performance and functionality and familiarize operations staff. Concrete foundation, site preparation, ground cover and site drainage to be supplied by owner Water and electrical service to building and final connection by owner All shipping and unloading of materials to site Site cleanup and removal of garbage and excess materials Contractor will keep site as tidy as possible during construction Contractor will supply and maintain all necessary foot and vehicle traffic safety barriers and signage around construction zone and inspect/repair/replace daily as required.
