This procurement is to obtain a Contracting team to provide construction services for the repairs and upgrades to the ENMAX Centre West and North Parking Lots. Construction Team to provide the following construction scope based on drawings and specifications. a. West Parking Lot Phase i. Civil 1. Removal and storage of existing parking blocks 2. Removal of existing asphalt 3. Removal of existing gravel subbase / subgrade layer 4. Dewatering and recondition of existing subgrade 5. Provide subsurface drainage and stormwater infrastructure and connect to existing systems. 6. Provide new subgrade, gravel base and asphalt structure 7. Provide new line painting and update to new accessibility requirements. 8. Reinstall and replace concrete parking blocks ii. Electrical 1. Remove existing light standards, concrete bases, and electrical wiring. 2. Provide new electrical feeds, new concrete bases, new round light standards, and LED fixtures. 3. Commission and program new parking lot lighting system. iii. Landscape 1. Relocate and add new trees b. North Parking Lot Phase i. Civil 1. Removal and storage of existing parking blocks 2. Localized Replacement a. Removal of existing asphalt b. Removal of existing gravel subbase / subgrade layer c. Dewatering and reconditioning of existing subgrade d. Provide subsurface drainage and stormwater infrastructure and connect to existing systems. e. Provide new subgrade, gravel base and asphalt structure 3. General Upgrade a. Provide asphalt milling throughout main area b. Provide new asphalt inlay/overlay on entire parking lot. 4. Provide new line painting and update to new accessibility requirements. 5. Reinstall and replace concrete parking blocks ii. Electrical 1. Remove existing light standards, concrete bases, and electrical wiring. 2. Provide new underground electrical feeds, new concrete bases, new round light standards, and LED fixtures. 3. Provide new power distribution panel for event programming requirements. 4. Commission and program new parking lot lighting system and distribution panel. iii. Landscape 1.
