The Village of Wolcott, Wayne County, New York, will be accepting statements of qualifications for Engineering Consulting Services on a water treatment plant upgrade project for the Village of Wolcott. The service provided by the selected engineers will include design, bidding, construction administration, and post-closing services for the Village's water project which will upgrade and modernize their water treatment plant. Necessary improvements to this plant include replacing all originally hydraulically operated valves and new piping throughout the plant. Utilizing a qualifications-based process, the Village will select a consulting engineering firm licensed in the State of New York to design, bid, administer and close-out projects as the need arises. The selection of the consultant will be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of Village Board approval and the Village reserves the right to renew the selected consultant contract for an additional three (3) years.
