2023 Capital Improvement Project - GC As of July 21, 2025, the tentative construction start date is August 25, 2025 and completed approximately August 28, 2026. Bids shall be on the form provided in the documents, prepared in duplicate as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders and enclosed in an envelope bearing on its face the name and address of the bidder and the title of work to which the proposal relates.
