The Town of Shrewsbury, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Roof Replacement project at the Floral Street Elementary School, 57 Floral Street, Shrewsbury, MA 01545, in accordance with the documents prepared by Nault Architects, Inc. dated April 2024. The Project consists of: Replacement of shingle roofing, underlayment and selected flashings. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of Roofing. General Bidders must include a current DCAMM Prime Contractor Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Prime Contractor Update Statement. Filed sub-bids are not required. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, and to accept and bid or part thereof deemed by it to be in the best interest of the Town.
