Site work and paving for a road / highway in Catawba, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Village of Catawba is accepting sealed proposals for Work to be performed on South Ave from County I to Worsech Rd continuing to Hwy 8. Work to be preformed; place new surface gravel, shape, grade and compact. The Village of Catawba requires the bidder to provide a w-9 and show proof of insurance in form of a broad form general liability and property damage insurance in the minimum of $1,000,000 for bodily injury or death or damage to property on any one person, which may arise out of or result from the contractor's performance of services, designating the village as an additional insured on the policy. Motor vehicle coverage for all vehicles and equipment used by the contractor shall also be provided. Project Description: South Ave, Beginning at County Rd I, 0.26miles (1373 ft) west continuing onto Worsech Rd north to Hwy 8, 0.09miles (475 ft). place 6" of new surface gravel to the entire length of project, shape, grade and compact. Total width of road should be 22'. This project is being performed utilizing municipal funds. Contractors may be required to conform to the states prevailing wage rates and comply with prevailing hours of labor as established by the Department of Labor and the State Department of Workforce Development.
