Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Temple, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 6,000-square-foot restaurant; 13,950-square-foot retail development; for site work for a restaurant; and retail development.
The TRC is seeking innovative proposals from experienced real estate developers and other organizations for the purchase and development of Wildcat Plaza, a 2.5661-acre property located at 503 N. General Bruce Drive, Temple, Texas. This property is situated in a prime location with visibility and access to Interstate Highway 35. This property is directly adjacent to Matthew Wilson Way and the 31st Street roundabout, both of which have been recently constructed by the City of Temple. This area is close to multiple private businesses and Temple High School The conceptual layout in the development package includes the following: a. 4,950 square feet retail building, b. 6,000 square feet retail building, c. 6,000 square foot building with 3,000 square feet of retail space and 3,000 square feet of restaurant space, and d. a 3,000 square feet restaurant with outdoor seating.
