Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Temple, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the addition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 14,300-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
American Constructors is the Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Temple ISD Scott Elementary School Additions and Renovations. The project consists of a new 14,300 SF addition to include a new kitchen, cafeteria, and classroom spaces. The project also renovates the existing kitchen into classrooms, as well as upgrades the main corridor flooring. The overall project schedule is: Start Work - June 2024 Completion - August 2025 All proposers shall take this duration into account and provide adequate manpower. The regular work week shall be Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:30 pm. All questions must be submitted directly to American Constructors. Answers to questions will be released by addendum only. Any answers, verbal or otherwise from American Constructors, the Architect, Consultants, or owner does not release the subcontractor from the requirements of the bid documents.
