The scope of services for this project will include inspecting, providing recommendations, and developing plans for rehabilitating the Boyd's Bridge Pike bridge over the Holston River and River Shores Road Required Scope of Services Bridge inspection Project design Prepare bid specifications and construction plans Question Deadline 04/19/2024 at 4:30 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes. All questions must be e-mailed to Karisa Scott at kscott@knoxvilletn.gov . Interested certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms as well as other minority-owned and women-owned firms are encouraged to respond to all advertisements by City of Knoxville.
