Contractor shall perform underwater diving to assist in construction, inspection, and maintenance of culverts, weirs, sluice gates, structures, open and closed stormwater systems, lakes, various monitoring devices, and all associated components and equipment. It is the intent of the City to award a Contract for a three (3) year term to begin upon approval and execution by the City. The Contract may, by mutual assent of the parties, be renewed for three (3) additional twelve (12) month periods or portions thereof, up to a cumulative total of seventy-two (72) months.
