The City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department (City) is requesting proposals from engineering consulting firms to perform a surge analysis of the existing 14-Mile Slough Pump Station, discharge pipelines, and Brookside Estates Pump Station. The Consultant shall provide a surge analysis, create a pressure profile of the pipelines, assess the current suppression system, and provide a surge analysis report. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals received. The City does not assume any liability or responsibility for errors/omissions in any document transmitted electronically.
