New construction involves relocation of steam radiators, flooring including underlayment, construction of approximately 32 LF. of new walls, including doors and door hardware, furring and insulation along exterior perimeter walls, installation of a handicapped bathroom including grab bars and fixtures, gypsum wall board taped and painted, and Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, and Miscellaneous painting and finishing. Electrical and data wiring including receptacles, lighting, and data wiring is also involved. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the Bidding.
