Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a municipal facility in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.

As of April 30, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The work involves the demolition of approximately 34 L.F. of existing walls, bathroom fixtures including a bathtub and two sinks, ceramic wall tile and 16 FT. of box framing along the ceiling of one room. New construction involves relocation of steam radiators, flooring including underlayment, construction of approximately 32 LF. of new walls, including doors and door hardware, furring and insulation along exterior perimeter walls, installation of a handicapped bathroom including grab bars and fixtures, gypsum wall board taped and painted, and Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, and Miscellaneous painting and finishing. Electrical and data wiring including receptacles, lighting, and data wiring is also involved. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the Bidding.
