Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cleveland Hts, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The construction estimate range for this project is between $268,015.00 - $370,115.00. The project consists of but is not limited to: A/C Unit Removal and Replacement at Ambleside Tower. Refer to drawings and specifications for all specified project work and maintenance contract requirements. JECT MANAGER The Project Manager for this work will be Ernestine Edwards, telephone number (216) 271-2739. All work shall be coordinated through the Project Manager on this project The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HousingandUrban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u (Section 3). Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. Bids shall be firm and cannot be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of CMHA. All materials and labor that ultimately become a part of the completed structure or improvement that constitutes the Project are subject to State Sales Tax as provided in Section 5739.02, ORC, and State Use Tax as provided in Section 5741.01, ORC. Questions will be received in writing no later than 3:00 PM local time on Thursday, April 18, 2024, via email at cousotrigoy@cmha.net *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
