Description: The Project includes the following Work Furnish and Install approximately 3,144 LF of 8" diameter and 3,104 LF of 6" diameter water main and associated service lines; Furnish and Install approximately 5,467 LF of 8" diameter gravity sanitary sewer; Furnish and Install approximately 2,588 LF of 4" diameter sanitary sewer service line; Furnish and Install approximately 48 LF of 8" PVC storm sewer; Furnish and Install approximately 248 LF of 12" RCP storm sewer; Furnish and Install approximately 96 LF of 18" RCP storm sewer; Furnish and Install water tracer wire systems; Furnish and Install area inlets, manholes, valves and appurtenances; Approximately 8,430 SY of full depth roadway reclamation; Furnish and Install approximately 300 SY of geotextile fabric for subgrade stabilization; Furnish and Install approximately 177,260 SF of Cement treated subgrade stabilization; Furnish and Install approximately 7,690 Tons of base course; Furnish and Install approximately 18,425 SY of asphalt concrete; Furnish and Install approximately 179 SY of PCC approach pavement; Furnish and Install approximately 149 SY of 4" Asphalt Approach Pavement; Furnish and Install approximately 249 LF of concrete curb & gutter; Furnish and install approximately 4,963 SF of concrete sidewalk; Bid security will take the form of a bid bond in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bidders maximum Bid price or a cashiers or certified check made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidders maximum Bid price. The Bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a construction performance bond and a construction payment bond to the Owner in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract award for each bond,
