Alton Township is advertising for gravel, summer maintenance and snow blading. All bids for crushed gravel must be on a per ton basis with a five mile haul included in the price, with a clear explanation of each additional mile cost. Belly dump trucks required except for delivery to culverts and washouts. Summer maintenance blading needs to begin within a 24 hour period after being notified. Snow blading bidders must be able to plow on weekends.
