There are two parts to this project: 1. A- ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT BREAKER TESTING - Furnish labor, technical specialists and electrical mechanics along with necessary equipment to clean, inspect, analyze, and test many specialized critical high, high, medium, and low voltage circuit breakers provide oil analysis and infrared survey, and inspection of relays, transformers, and transfer switches as per TJC, OIG, and AWE at the Pensacola Joint Ambulatory Care Clinic (JACC), Eglin and Panama City, Florida Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). 2. B- SURGE PROTECTION INSTALLATION (JACC Location Only) - Furnish labor, technical specialists and electrical mechanics along with necessary equipment to install two new feeder protection relays and a surge suppressor filter located in JACC switch gear room (Room 1B180). The feeder protection relays will be installed at each main breaker in the switch gear room. The Surge Suppressor/Protection Filter will replace the existing. Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform all work associated. Contractor is to provide and install all necessary parts as required. Once new equipment is installed the system will be energized and tested.
