Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Butte, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The work shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for the construction of: Site 48 Sta. 5+35 Install Single, Double Broken Back 30" x 78' Culvert Pipe, Type 3, 4 or 5, with Flared End Sections on 15 o Skew (LHB) Site 66 Sta. 25+65 Install Single, Double Broken Back 30" x 94' Culvert Pipe, Type 3, 4 or 5, with Flared End Sections Site 67 Sta. 14+10 Install Single, Double Broken Back 54" x 60' Round Equivalent Culvert Pipe, Type 3, 4 or 5, with Flared End Sections Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of Boyd County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of their proposal. The bidder will include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with the proposal. The Contractor will be allowed 21 calendar days per site for completion of the work. The required completion date of the project is September 1, 2024. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Boyd County Board of Supervisors. The Boyd Board of County Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to pass upon the regularity, and to waive any irregularities.
