The Boyd Board of County Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to pass upon the regularity, and to waive any irregularities Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of Boyd County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of their proposal The bidder will include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with the proposal. The Contractor will be allowed 60 calendar days for the completion all work at all sites The required completion date of the project is December 29, 2023. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Boyd County Board of Supervisors.
