Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and incidentals necessary to replace fences, gates, tracks, and control mechanisms with new equipment, clear vegetation and legally dispose of old gates, fencing, and their components, and cleared vegetation off-site. The motor operating the gate crossing the access road to the Flamingo Wastewater Treatment Plant is destroyed, preventing the plant from being properly secured. The access gate, including motor, all chain link fencing, and components, will be replaced, and vegetation that is overgrown and severely damaging the fencing will be removed. Vegetation growing into the fence surrounding the facility's lagoon, percolation pond, and propane tank areas will be cleared. Vegetation growing into the fence at the Flamingo Water Plant will be trimmed away to allow a mowing path between vegetation and the fence. In Pine Island, the fence surrounding the Rapid Infiltration Basin (RIB) serving the districts' wastewater treatment system needs replacement. Vegetation removal is needed inside and surrounding the fence to allow a mowing path between vegetation and the fence. Overgrown vegetation encroaching on the fence surrounding the Pine Island Wastewater Treatment Plant and along the Airboat Ramp Road will be removed. Vegetation and tree limbs encroaching on the fence surrounding the Headquarters/Visitor Center Pump House requires clearing and trimming to prolong the fence's life expectancy. Field Verification: The contractor shall field verify all proposed dimensions and materials to be utilized and obtain approval from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for approval prior to purchasing materials.
