REPLACE PLUMBING AND FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS (B150), TIN CITY, ALASKA (TIN006). This is a Design Build, Firm Fixed Price Contract that is 100% Set Aside for the design and repair of the plumbing and fire protection systems within composite building B150, Tin City Long Range Radar Site (LRRS), Tin City, Alaska. Phase 1 Solicitation Posted on PIEE: 23 May 2024 Phase 1 Solicitation Ended: 24 June 204 Phase 1 for this solicitation has ended. Three proposals were received in Phase 1 with two of those proposals being found to be Most Highly Qualified and have been selected to move on to Phase 2. The firms that are moving on to Phase 2 are ASRC Builders, LLC and Brice Builders, LLC. Amendment 0005 for Phase 2 will be posted on PIEE within the next two weeks and will only be granted access to ASRC Builders and Brice Builders. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
